Fitness at Any Age

This is an exercise program suitable for everyone at any age, fit or “not so much”.

And if you’re now of the mindset that this is your time to get at it, these classes will be a wonderful way to start……and to keep going!

Move Freely Without Pain

Fitness should be measured in your ability to move freely and without pain. 

The goal of an Essentrics workout is to create a balanced body in that the strength in your muscles doesn’t inhibit movement, and your mobility is enhanced by your strength. 

Essentrics dynamically combines stretching and strengthening to improve the mobility of every joint and muscle, gain full range of motion, improve posture and have better balance. 

The movements can be easily modified to be helpful to you at your specific fitness level, making it feel as though it’s developed just for you!

Ongoing Improvement

Essentrics can be a great stand-alone fitness program or is the perfect complement to any other workout or activity. 

You will never plateau in this program because as you continue to loosen up with regular class participation, you’ll tap into the workout’s full potential for more effective and targeted toning.
