Vital 1 Fitness offers 30-55 minute classes multiple times a week for the 50+ group. FEEL the benefits from an easy-to-follow Essentrics full-body low-impact workout done in the comfort of your own home. 8:30 AM on-line classes get you ready to take on the day.

Registration for New Participants

Payment Options

Take unlimited classes during this session for two payments of $80/month. Start anytime and pay here. You will receive the link to the classes after this.
Drop-in pass for any one class for $20. Get as many as you would like and start anytime. You will receive the link to the classes after this.
Interac e-transfer. Take unlimited classes in this sessions for two payments of $80/month or get drop-in pass(es) for any one class for $20 each.

  • Mondays 8:30 – 9:30 AM | January 10, 17, 24, 31 and February 7, 14, 28
    No classes January 3 and February 21
  • Tuesdays 8:30 – 9:30 AM | January 4, 11, 18, 25 and February 1, 8, 15
    No class February 22
    Still a slower, more gentle class
  • Thursdays 8:30 – 9:30 AM | January 6, 13, 20, 27 and February 3, 10, 17
    No class February 24
  • Saturdays 30-minute classes  8:30 – 9:00 AM | January 8, 22 and February 5, 19  
    No classes January 1, 15, 29 and February 12, 26

Bonus Limited Series ‘Tank Top Ready’ Class Schedule

  • Mondays 8:00 – 8:23 AM | February 7, 14, 21, 28, March 7, 14
  • Wednesdays 8:30 – 8:53 AM | February 2, 9, 16, 23, March 2, 9, 16
  • Fridays 8:30 – 8:53 AM | February 4, 11, 18, 25, March 4, 11
  • Friday, March 18, 7:30 – 7:53 AM | This has to be early since I have a 10:30 flight (fingers-crossed) ☺, so let’s get up and do our final workout at 7:30!
