Marcia Culham leading Essentics class for Essentics instructors in Edmonton May 2019

Free Essentrics Class for National Health and Fitness Day June 1, 2019

Being a healthy 61 year old, my wish is to have all of us age well by living an active lifestyle and remaining agile. Being an “active ager” and striving to feel better in your body is what Vital 1 Fitness is all about.

An Essentrics class is a full-body no impact workout with dynamic strengthening and stretching exercises.

Each workout focuses on increasing mobility, flexibility and strength, relieving tension in muscles, easing chronic aches, pains and joint stiffness, and improving posture. And it’s fun!

National Health and Fitness Day is on Saturday, June 1. I am an R.N. and you are invited to this free Essentrics class.

The free class is Saturday, June 1 at 10:00 am at the Dalhousie Community Center.

Save your spot by calling 403-208-3307 or filling in the form below.

See you there. Marcia Culham, R.N.
