Essentrics™ Class in Calgary Summer Sampler, August 2018

Monday and Friday, 9:30 AM, August 10 – August 27, 2018

July will be a “Summer Sampler” of classes, a different Essentrics workout/different music each time; to introduce you to and have you see and feel the variety of classes.

“Homework” will be presented at the end of each class: an instruction to highlight and help you build body awareness, feel more of a certain motion or exercise, and learn how to build on and improve the movement. This can then be done at home to further your goal of loosening what’s tight and improving range of motion.

Class dates are Fridays August 10, 17, 24 at 9:30 AM and Mondays August 13, 20, 27 at 9:30 AM

Cost is $100 for all six classes, or $20 for any single class.
