Essentrics™ Class in Calgary Summer Sampler 2019

Monday and Thursday, 9:30 AM, July 11 – July 29, 2019

July is my “Summer Sampler” series of classes, a different Essentrics workout/different music each time; to introduce you to and have you see and feel the variety of classes.

“Homework” will be presented at the end of each class: an instruction to highlight and help you build body awareness, feel more of a certain motion or exercise, and learn how to build on and improve the movement. This can then be done at home to further your goal of loosening what’s tight and improving range of motion.

Class dates are Thursday July 11, 18 and 25 at 9:30 AM and Monday July 15, 22 and 29 at 9:30 AM

Cost is $100 for all six classes, or $20 for any single class.
