Aging Backwards – New Class!

Starting this September 2019, Vital 1 is very pleased to offer Aging Backwards, a new Essentrics class! True to our name, we believe that those of us in our older years need to hang on to, or recreate our vitality by getting or keeping moving.

This class is geared towards those that need the exercise to be more gentle and at a slower pace. It is designed for those who have atrophy-related stiffness, frozen shoulder, chronic aches and pains, or who are beginning to exercise after a long sedentary period. Those who are recovering from an injury, or who have limited mobility may be interested in this class as well.

This class has exercises performed from standing or sitting, but has no floor work. We encourage those looking to get moving at their own pace, in a safe environment to come out and give it a try! It doesn’t matter what age you are, we want you to be able to move freely, and live actively without pain!

First session runs Mondays at 11:00 AM, from September 9, 2019 to October 28, 2019. Drop in passes or session passes available.

It is incredibly gratifying to hear the improvements each participant has experienced in flexibility, pain relief and wellbeing.
